Hey folks.

Just a reminder that important dates and draw etc will be populated into the team app.

Meetings tournaments etc will go into the "events" calendar and draw games etc will go into the "schedule".

You can subscribe to these calendars by clicking on the three dots in either events or schedule and click subscribe. That way you will get the announcement via the push notification but it will also populate into your phone or desktop calendars automatically.

You will note today that a junior subcommittee meeting has been published in "events".

You will only see things in the calendars that are relevant to the access groups that you are a member of. Now is a good time to review what access groups you are a part of of your roles or participation may have changed since last season.

You can join or leave access groups by clicking the setting button (the gear wheel) in top corner in the top corner.

You will then see the “Settings” section. To add or remove access groups click on the “Access Groups” heading.

On the next screen you will see the access groups you are currently in and the other groups available.

Tap on the addition groups you wish to join and complete the acknowledgment (helpful if you note why you want to have access).

If you wish to remove yourself from a group, tap on the group you wish to leave under the “joined groups” heading and follow the prompts.

Remember if you have not joined the access group or you leave a group you wont see any information/updates or be able to volunteer to help any of the activities relevant to that group.

Just a reminder to remember to tell new members to join the teamapp this is main form of communication to members.
